The progress of my pumpkin sculpture (Ancaster stone).

Ancaster stone is a generic term for limestone found at quarries near the village of Ancaster. Many great works of architecture have been constructed from Ancaster stone. It has also been used for sculptures by Barbara Hepworth and Henry Moore.
